Astor Tea Party

It was a beautiful warm day for the Tea Party. Liz went with me so that was nice. I wear a dress and heels so seldom, that it's fun to dress up once in awhile. As it is so warm, my feet didn't hurt so I could wear my sandel heels. The meal was great, but we didn't win anything on the many raffels or door prizes. My usual luck is holding up. The theme this year was Down on the Plantation. The food was fried chicken, greens, beans and many salads and of course a hugh table of desserts. The entertainment was a black lady to spoke about slavery.
