Happy Birthday 9 year old.

22 Degrees

I started physical therapy this week, My knee started at 60 degrees bend and have through Josh's torture reached 82 degrees. I need to reach 120 degrees. It seems like my life has been taken over by my rehab excercises. I did water aerobics in Hayward yesterday, the pool makes everything a little easier, it's just I have to expose my leg to everyone. We launched the paddle boat yesterday, because that paddling motion is what I need. I'm still tied up to the dock, because I'm not ready to head out into the lake by myself yet. I'm going to be ready to walk the beaches and line-dance by this winter.

Rose Garden

We moved our rose bushes, plus a few we added, to the rocks. They seem to really be happy here.

Happy 4th of July

I hope you have a sunny warm day. It's overcast here. The parade is at noon, so I hope the rain holds off. I could ride in the Red Hat float, but I think that will be a little too much for me. We will go down and watch the parade.
