Crazy Busy Weekend

Saturday was the style show for the Winter Garden Club, which I belong to. We had a terrific salad and dessert luncheon, and then we modeled outfits from Christifer and Banks. I even won a prize basket with a quart of vodka and a $25 gift certificate from the Winter Greenhouse. Sunday Troy treated us to a Brewer game for Jen's birthday celebration. All the family was there. Alas the Brewers lost, but we still had a great time.

We're Not in Kansas Anymore

Made it home safe and sound. We had good weather the whole way. Everything is hooked back up. I just have to unpack everything. How do we accumulate so much stuff.
I even got my first election call.

Heading Home

We made it to Blackwell, OK tonight at the Comfort Inn (thanks to my concierge, Jen.) We should make it home on Monday, if all goes well. We had a good winter, but I'm anxious to get home.

We each bought a lottery ticket yesterday and not one of our numbers was picked. Who needs 650 million dollars anyway.

Rockport Cemetary

The Rockport cemetary is completely covered with wildflowers. They don't mow it. What a beautiful site. Of course there was a geocache here.
